Notes
General notes:
The main body of the work is a straight reprint of the 1810 edition, even to the inclusion of the former publisher's notices. The new material consists of the prelims, and an inserted gathering *3L (with pages running on from the preceding text page, though this means a duplication of page numbers with the subsequent index). The erratum in the 1810 edition is omitted, but the error uncorrected. The work therefore consists largely of re-packaged sheets from the 1810 printing.
Complete imprint statement. London: Printed for R. and R. Crosby and Co. Stationers Court, Ludgate Street. 1814.
